Limited Membership and Voting Process
To maintain the quality of collaboration and foster meaningful participation, we will cap the map at a maximum of 25 members. Each member company will hold one vote during annual voting sessions. This session, conducted every year in January, will be held via a calibrated effort on our designated Facebook group Ohio Deer Recovery List (Part 107)”Private Group”. Our voting process comes into effect once we reach our maximum cap of 25 members. This vote serves to consider adding new members to this list, surpassing our limit of 25 members.
